The Feast of the Trinity, the Day of the Holy Trinity, or the Green Holidays are all the same name for a major Christian holiday that occurs 50 days after Easter.
This is a solemn day when believers remember important events from the Bible, when the Holy Spirit descended on earth on the 50th day after the resurrection of the Savior Jesus Christ.
After that, all the apostles began to be fluent in languages previously unknown to them, in order to spread the Word of God to different peoples, and received the gift of preaching from the Holy Spirit.
In this way, they were able to travel around the world and carry the Word of God to the most remote corners of our planet.
This year, believers of the Eastern rite celebrate Easter on May 5, accordingly, the Trinity falls on June 23.
Traditionally, the Green Holidays are celebrated all week starting from Sunday.

Celebration traditions
Traditionally, believers decorate their homes with greenery during this period. Floral and floral motifs predominate in clothes, green colors and decorations from branches of young trees abound.
Linden is a plant that predominates in decorating homes and living spaces.
When attending a church service, Christians must wear their best clothes, sing traditional songs loudly, rejoice and avoid any conflicts.
Owners who have a well invite the priest to consecrate the water and the entire residence, some collect forest herbs, because they believe that the potion collected during the Green Holidays is medicinal!
