Rules of participation in the “Loyalty Program at TAOR Karpaty Resort & Spa****”

In order to become a member of the TAOR Karpaty Resort & Spa loyalty program, you need to fill out a special questionnaire at the hotel reception or by e-mail.

After filling it out, you will receive the rules of participation in the “Loyalty Program”.

Rules for the PL participant:

  • By filling out the loyalty program member application form, you get the status of a PL member, which gives you the opportunity to accumulate points.
  • Accumulation starts from the moment you fill in the form. All your previous visits are not counted, as you have not yet been a member of the Loyalty Program.
  • Your status is based on ALL services provided to you (hotel, restaurant, spa, entertainment) from the deposit and credit system for ALL subsequent stays (except for corporate, group and promotional offers). To accrue loyalty program points, use the deposit and credit system, as cash payments are not included in the total amount of your points.
  • The status can be used ONLY by the owner and his/her immediate family (spouse, children, parents).
  • Points are credited only for your vacation and the services of your relatives (spouse, children, parents).
  • Points are awarded as follows: 1 UAH = 1 point.
  • To obtain the status you need to get the following amount of points:
  • If you accumulate 700,000 points, the guest receives Silver-10% for accommodation in any room category
  • After accumulating 1000,000 points, the guest receives Gold-15% status for accommodation in any room category.
  • After accumulating 1500,000 points, the guest receives Platinum-20% status for accommodation in any category of room stock.
  • The status discount is credited only for accommodation.

To check the accrual of your points, you can contact the administrator or manager of the Loyalty Program.

Rules for members with Silver, Gold, Platinum status:

  • Only your immediate family members (spouse, children, parents) can use your status.
  • The discount that corresponds to your status applies only to 1 room in the hotel room stock.
  • For the correct accrual of bonuses, the guest must pay for the services received on the territory of TAOR Karpaty Resort & Spa **** by credit and deposit system (cash payments are not taken into account).

  • Personal discount for accommodation in any category of room stock.
  • Priority to receive information about promotions and special offers
  • Priority booking upon availability

Silver – 10% discount

Early check-in or late check-out if there is a vacant category

Gold – 15% discount

Early check-in or late check-out if there is a free category

Platinum – 20% discount

Early check-in or late check-out if there is a free category

The status is canceled in case of presentation by someone other than the cardholder and transfer of the status to third parties.

The Silver, Gold, Platinum status is maintained when visiting TAOR Karpaty Resort & Spa**** at least once a year and only for accommodation in any category of room stock.All services are paid in full. Otherwise, we downgrade your status to the previous one.

The discount is not credited in the following cases:

Only private bookings are taken into account, services for organizing corporate events, weddings and banquets are not taken into account.
Status discounts do not apply to special offers, corporate events, group orders (10 or more people), and banquet/ buffet menus.
Discounts do not apply to promotional offers.
